How Do I pay?
We use Good Ol Paypal. If you don't have an account with them you can click the link on our site and sign up. But, you don't need an account to pay with us.
Who should I use for web hosting?
All I can say is PappaShop Web Hosting is great! It is user friendly and provides all the up to date info needed to run an efficient on line shop.
Who owns the graphics to my site?
Well, we keep all copyrights to the graphics that we create. 99% of the graphics that FMHTYH Design™ uses is created by our team. If we use other peoples graphics we Will state so.
Can I buy the graphics and have complete ownership of the site?
YES! We do let people buy out the site and all the graphics completely. Most people do this so if they want to make changes, like color, and shape, add to the design etc. But this comes at a higher price than what we list for. Just email us for the quote on your site.
Is there someone to talk to if I need to phone?
Yes! We can call you at our dime. Just email us with your area code & phone number so that we can call you back. Our response will be with in 24 hours.
Can I use a background I have for my site?
We will work with you on a custom design. If your background comes from a copyright source, please make sure you get permission and the link so it can be placed on the site. This will prevent any problems with plagiarism in the future.
How long dose it take to get my site up and running?
Well it depends, if it is a pre-made site, just a matter of days, like 3-5 days.
If it is custom made anywhere from-3 weeks. this depends on the communication between designer and client and how frequent questions are answered.
Same goes for custom logos, stationary & Flash.
Can I get matching business cards, stationary and banner ads?
Yes, we will be featuring a business pack, for each site. These will be able to be purchased separate or at a discount when purchasing with a site.
