Only Custom designed drawings for logos will have purchasable wrights.
NO! Site, Graphics, Logo or any item created by: FMHTYH Design™ can be Re-sold, altered, traded, shared. You to are responsible to help protect these rights, or you will be infringing on protected Copyrights which are punishable.
Designer Link Removable
We at FMHTYH Design™ realize that some people do not want to have the designer of their site at the bottom of their site pages and will be happy to remove our logo & link for the sum of $150.00 US.
FMHTYH Design™ take pride and time in creating you a wonderful site and hope you feel the same about your site, and understand that we place our logo link there not only to advertise but for © Copyright reasons. Design Theft is a Real Crime!!
Fees
All Payment and agreements must be finalized before any design will commence.
Full Payment is said agreement to all emailed and OKed terms.
After said designs are completed, customer must OK the work Via email.
If we are designing a website, all work must be approved Via Email also, before we install your site.
Site Maintenance, Is based on hourly fees. See Store for fees.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of Digital creations, we do not offer refunds.
Once you have approved your Website, Logo, Flash animation, Template, etc.
If you have any problems please email us and we will gladly try and help you out with the matter at hand.
We Wont stop working until you are happy!
